This website is for the members (owner) of Hansted Management Company which is the Owner Management Co. (OMC) of the original Hansted Estate (Hansted Close, Crescent, Dale, Drive, Park, Place, Road, Way) It provides information and documents to download for the owners in Hansted estate.

Its primary role is to maintain and manage the common areas (shared spaces) and maintain the structural aspects of the apartment / duplex properties.
