Unpaid Fees
All Service Charge balances are legally payable under the terms of the owners' property purchases.
In line with decisions taken since 2011 AGM, the directors of Hansted Management Co. have been authorised to add 20% interest annually to all outstanding unpaid Service Charges. In addition, late payment fee is added to all current year unpaid invoices quarterly as follows:
All unpaid invoices/accounts without an active payment plan after 1 March will be passed to Debt Collection after the late Payment fee is added.
Once passed for Debt Collection, all additional charges as well as the balance on the a/c is payable. If this does not produce a result, we will pass the account t our Solicitors for debt collection, and their charges and commission will be added to the account.
At year end every year, 20% Interest will be added to TOTAL OUTSTANDING BALANCE.

We will endeavour to ensure a workable solution to current charges.
